Meet Sunil
Sunil founded Cognisen to help teams and companies do what they do best - execute flawlessly and bring their vision to life.
With over two decades at the crossroads of People, Strategy, and Culture, Sunil is a technology optimist on a mission to build organizations that don’t just function- they inspire.
Currently, he leads People & Culture at Mindtickle while also serving as Managing Director of Cognisen. Previously, he advised the Group CEO at GOTO, served as Commissioner at Electrum (Indonesia’s EV leader), and guided startups as Venture Advisor at Argor. Most notably he was Global Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Gojek, where he helped scale one of Southeast Asia’s biggest tech companies through to an IPO.
Before that, Sunil honed his expertise at Google, Amazon, and Accenture, shaping high-impact people strategies. He holds degrees in Industrial Relations, Economics, and Sociology from Bangalore University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Capital Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
